In the second quarter of 2024, fitness and weight loss applications continued to engage Australians on the Android platform. Sensor Tower provides a glimpse into how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
AllTrails: Hike, Bike & Run saw its revenue peak in late April at nearly $13K before a slight downtrend to $10K by the end of June. Downloads fluctuated, with a high in late April of over 5K, but generally hovered around the 4K mark. Weekly active users showed a strong upward trend, starting at 46K and reaching over 61K by mid-June.
Yuka - Food & Cosmetic Scanner experienced modest revenue, maintaining around $400 to $500 weekly, with a high in late May. Downloads showed a slight decrease over the quarter, starting at approximately 3.5K and ending close to 3.3K. Weekly active users remained fairly stable, beginning at 11K and closing the quarter with a similar figure.
Push For Better did not generate revenue, but downloads saw a dramatic spike in late May, reaching over 16K. However, this was followed by a sharp decline to just 155 by the end of June.
